Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free shipping when order over $88. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
What courier do you use for delivery?
All orders are sent by UPS or by express shipping service (DHL, TNT or Fedex). As our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbor. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. You can check your logistics delivery status by tracking your order. Since the logistics party provides the package information, it may be delayed update. If you cannot find your package information for more than 7 working days, don't hesitate to contact our after-sales team at contach@2yzshop.com.
How can I get my package asap?
When you place an order, you can choose express delivery, which will shorten the delivery time by half. However, once you choose standard d shipping and it has been shipped the item, you cannot change the delivery time.
* For deliveries to countries in the European Union, the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
