Care Guide

All products are created or handwoven one by one by our craftspeople.
Each bag boasts distinct production methods, undergoes specialized treatments, and undergoes handcrafted finishing touches.
To preserve the quality and integrity, kindly handle these, adhering to the instructions and notes outlined below:

STRAW WICKER

To maintain your bag's beauty, gently remove stains and dirt with a soft cloth dampened in oil-based soapy water. Avoid exposing it to high humidity to prevent mildew growth, as the material is susceptible. For stubborn oil, grease, or mildew stains, gently use a soft-bristled toothbrush, taking care not to over-brush. Following cleaning, wipe with a clean cloth to eliminate soap residue.

Remember, straw bags gradually oxidize, causing the material to darken naturally. While this is a natural occurrence, you can slow down this process by storing your bag in a dust cover, away from direct sunlight.

COTTON ROPE/ NYLON

Refrain from rubbing, coming into contact with foreign objects, or applying direct pressure from other materials. Should stains appear, gently work a non-abrasive liquid soap onto the affected area. Utilize a damp cloth to further work the soap into the stain until it disappears. Rinse off any residual soap with a fresh, damp cloth. Allow the bag to air-dry thoroughly overnight. After drying, gently fluff the bag to restore its shape. Repeat this process as needed.

MESH BAGS

The interior of the bag can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Make sure to let the bag air-dry completely before placing any items inside it.

RHINESTORE/ BEADEDBAGS

Cleaning [Rhinestone/Beaded] bags is generally straightforward. If the [stones/beads] appear dull or foggy, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth. To clean the spaces between the [rhinestones/beads] and the underlying fabric, utilize a toothbrush dipped in soapy water. For harder-to-reach areas, a Q-tip with glass cleaner can effectively remove dust and dirt. Avoid forcing the Q-tip or toothbrush into open spaces as this may damage the rhinestones/beads.
