Return & Exchange

 

We sincerely desire your satisfaction. If you discover our bag does not suit your needs, you have the option to return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of order. Please note that shipping expenses are non-refundable, and we do not provide return shipping labels.

Return

A Return may be made for a Refund only under the following conditions:
- All tags and hygienic liners must be intact and untampered with. We cannot accept any goods without these.
- Goods must be clean, unused, unwashed, and in their original saleable condition.
- You must have your original online purchase receipt. We cannot accept any return or exchange without this. No exceptions.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of the date your order was placed. We will not accept returns if postmarked after this 30-day window.

Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process your refund.

Exchange

The exchange conditions are the same as above for returns. If we send the wrong color of the product, we will take our responsibility and give the customer a satisfactory answer. If the customer wants to change the color, the customer will bear the return cost.

Please Note

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless they are faulty. We cannot accept returns on discounted slight-second products or flash sales.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team contact@2yzshop.com for assistance.

Cancellation

Should you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us promptly. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will promptly cancel it and initiate a refund process. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will be required to return the goods to us before we can proceed with the refund. Please note that the cost of delivery will not be refunded in such scenarios.
